Access to the site and the relative services is free, although partially reserved for registered professional users. This decision was based on the need to offer the best possible level of service for those who are used to working with the Internet in their business and intend to use the site regularly for professional requirements.

No problem! Click on “I have forgotten my password” at the top right of the screen, enter your e-mail address in the field provided (use the e-mail address you entered at the time of registration) and press Enter. A message with your password will be sent to the e-mail address you have entered.
If you are unable to remember either the password or e-mail address you used at the time of registration, send a message to w.admin@moellhausen.com.

Users of the site can view, alter, or delete their registration data at any time. To do this simply open your registration form and make the necessary changes; changes made to the data on the registration form are incorporated directly in the site users database. If you remove all the data from your registration form this will result in the removal of your records from the site users database thereby cancelling your registration.
To view your registration form, perform the login procedure and then click on “edit data” or “registration form”; once you have logged in these links appear, respectively, at the top right of the screen and in the bottom section.
In alternative to the method described above, you can change or remove your data by sending an e-mail to w.admin@moellhausen.com .
